Vendor Quality Assurance, Lucknow

Responsibilities:

• · Incoming Inspection of material by vendors as per the Quality Plan
• · Calibration of checking gauges
• · Trouble shooting for quality problems at the vendors end
• · Monitor flow of incoming non central quality parts and inspect them on quality parameters
• · Establish and monitor procedures for Part per Millions Analysis
• · Providing feedback to the vendors to improve their processes to ensure the desired quality
• · Assessing Vendor processes and finalizing the Vendor Quality Rating
• · Conducting Vendor Audits and Action Planning as per Vendor Quality Rating
• · Carry out Product Part Application Process activities & establish process controls

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent. Job role in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
