Finance and Admin Executive
(Based in Gurgaon)

 

Responsibilities:

Finance

  • Responsible for ensuring all statutory returns are prepared and filed with relevant authority in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Oversee the accounting and payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements meet the legal requirements and other relevant accounting standards and reflect best practice
  • Work closely with the accounting provider ensuring timely salaries and submission of the Provident Fund
  • Control and maintain the best financial practices for India operations in accordance to the financial policies, standards and procedures of the AET to ensure transparency and achievement of Key Performance Indicators
  • Responsible as a petty cash custodian
HR/Administration
  • Oversees all operational matters (including IT and premises)
  • Ensures the smooth operation of the India offices (Gurgaon, Mumbai and Chennai)
  • Responsible for maintaining a healthy and safety office environment
  • Responsible for timely salary payment to all Indian employees
  • Responsible for treating all HR information and data with strict confidentiality
  • Responsible for providing personal data of new hires to the HR Manager (Singapore)
  • Responsible for coordinating the PPR, KPI, MBO submission
  • Responsible for maintaining the personal files of the Indian employees
  • Ensure the AET HR policies and procedures are closely adhered by the employees

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration
  • General management in Finance and HR
  • This position requires 3-5 years experience in accounting and HR administration.
  • Adequate knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, India Income Tax and Regulations and HR practices.
  • Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently
  • Confident in making decision
  • Accuracy and meticulous into details
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written at all levels
