Senior Project Manager in BPO ( HR Implementation & Client Management Exp MUST) :: 3 Positions at KL (Kuala Lumpur - KL)
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
• Education: University graduate, majoring in Project Management related field or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years experience in business or HRS experience, with minimum of 4 years experience of leading and delivering HRS projects
• Technical & Professional Knowledge:
• Project management experience and skills
• Ability to clearly focus on priorities and deliverables, define and deliver to fixed dates, and to work under pressure
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of people, building team spirit and coach staff when appropriate.
• Clear understanding of the role of the project manager
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision and be able to cope with events and accept responsibility
• Must be proficient in the use of project management tools and must have knowledge of the Project Lifecycle
• Ability to prioritise work based on business priorities, and to identify and resolve potential conflicts
• Ability to influence upward and across by negotiating realistic expectations and deadlines in order to achieve goals while maximizing client/business satisfaction levels
• Understanding of how HRS applications are able to support business processes and solve business issues
• Ability to efficiently multi-task and be self-motivated while working with others
• Ability to clearly and articulately express views and reasons for decisions, and be at ease when interacting with Senior Management. Ability to listen to the team and to clients to understand their requirements
• Effectively able to apply structured problem solving skills and available tools to quickly evaluate problems, identify root cause, action plans, impact and resolution options
• Ability to convey information to both a technical and non-technical audience
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
