Regional Presales (Voice)
(Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai)

Responsibilities:

  • Direct account and indirect account responsibilities for the region
  • Responsible for design of Cisco convergence solutions ( Enterprise VoIP +networking)
  • Develop innovative solutions for Enterprise convergence market.
  • Provide specific solutions/technology/ product consulting, technical and sales support for accounts.
  • Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers.
  • Actively participate as a specialist on assigned Solutions Team.
  • Drive the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.
  • Provide consultative support and mentor other less experienced Systems Engineers.
  • The role focuses on building strong relationships within the engineering community, leveraging your expertise in the above technical areas.
  • Ability to work effectively, add value as a team member and assume a leadership role for the team.
  • Ideal candidates will have strong systems sales and support backgrounds, covering some of the following technologies: VoIP, networking, wireless.
  • Should have knowledge of Cisco products and current IPT and networking technologies.
  • The candidate should be able to build trust and confidence in the accounts and work as a key member of the sales and support team, and will be expected to lead technical engagements in their key accts.
  • In-depth knowledge of baseline SE skills and in-depth knowledge in at least one area of specialization.
  • Knowledge of relevant solutions sets, product line specifications, performance criteria and applications.
  • Competitive knowledge (in their area of specialization) including solution, technology and product offerings.
  • Understanding and conversant about company, competitors, technologies, solutions, product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills.
  • Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology area of emphasis required.
  • Pre-Sales experience in a fast-growth, high technology Company preferably on Cisco technology.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 3+years of work experience in designing and implementation of networking solutions preferably on Cisco technology (atleast 1 year).
  • BE degree in a technical discipline or equivalent preferred.
  • CCDA (Cisco Certified Design Associate) certification mandatory.
  • Job role in Business Development or equivalent.
