Responsibilities:
1. Meet customers' business and operation requirement to ensure the defined service agreement is delivered
2. Perform system administration and proactive maintenance for the Agilent OSS solutions
3. Provide technical insights of system performance with regards to network traffic growth
4. Supply value-added application consulting service by assisting customers in problem identifications and resolutions with the usage of Agilent applications
5. Maintain strong working relationship with different stakeholders in customer's organization

Personal skills/attributes and experience:
Working knowledge and hands-on experience about Agilent OSS solution is essential, with the coverage of following aspects,
1. Possess excellent technical trouble-shooting skills
2. Have in-depth understanding of multiple technologies in Telecommunication
3. With good understanding on GSM, GPRS, 3G signaling protocols, especially on internal roaming
4. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Have hands-on knowledge about UNIX (HPUX preferred), Oracle RDBMS, Linux and other software programming skills
6. Equipped with excellent IT and MS software skills
7. Willing to work independently in customer's premises
8. Willing to operate in a distributed profession service organization
The successful candidate is likely to have a minimum of 6 years experience and have a bachelor's degree in an engineering or other scientific discipline with around 4 years experience preferably in Telecom Communication.
