Requirements:

• 1. Achieve sales target on life insurance products.
• 2. Direct Selling of Life Insurance Policies.
• 3. Participate in weekly / monthly meeting on performance review with the MoA and MoM.
• 4. Adopt a need based selling approach for product positioning with customer.
• 5. Ensure quality follow up on leads from Telco base to ensure timely closure.
