Requirements:
1. Overall responsibility towards strategy formulation and implementation of Management Training across all Agency constituents.
2. Content Development using Instructional Design techniques and skills; designing and developing contents and course material for training of various non-agent constituents of Agency.
3. Ensure traction of data on training needs analysis and measuring training effectiveness; publishing and interpreting MIS, dashboard, training calendar etc. timely and effectively.
4. Responsible for the overall certification processes, ensure implementation of evaluation process – online and offline - to create a robust feedback and tracking mechanism.
