Responsibilities:

• Plan advertisements and deal with placement agencies.
• Through knowledge of Recruitment, Selection, & Placement of employee.
• Should be able to handle disciplinary cases and have skill in drafting Office Memo / Circular.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2-8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possesses 5-8 years of work experience in various area of the HR functions with reputed company of which at least 1 year as manager.
• At least 2 years experience in managing personnel of technical as well as non-technical background (real estate industry, IT industry, engineering industry, etc.).
• Plan advertisements and deal with placement agencies.
