Plumbing Engineer
(Mumbai, Pune)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and designing of Internal and external plumbing for residential and commercial building.
  • Designing of Hydro pneumatic system, irrigation system.
  • Preparation Tender documents i.e. estimate drawings & specifications etc.
  • Preparation of Scope of Work for consultants, contractors.
  • Reviewing Designs submitted by the Consultants.
  • Co-ordination with Site, Consultants and other Departments.
  • Initiate new Projects related to Water Supply & Sewerage as per the requirements.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology or Master of Engineering/Technology in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 Years Experience in Planning & Design of Internal and External Plumbing work, Fire fighting work. Preparation of Drawings & Cost Estimates. Person should have knowledge of all types of fittings, fixtures and relevant IS codes etc.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Computer Skills: MS office, AUTO CAD, Water/Sewer CAD.
