Responsibilities:
- Manage Managers For FOS MGMT and Licensing plans for their states.
- Drive sales force in recruitment.
- Supervise AM and their activities.
- Tie ups with consultants, supermarkets, exhibition, promoters.
- Lead Generation activities.
- Maintaining and sending Reports on the plans to the management.
- Managing A Team of AM's and Manager at aRegional Level.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science , Master of Art , Master of Commerce , Master of Science or Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Concept Selling experience & knowledge of business planning tools.
- Channel Development Experience, Business Development Experience.
- Knowledge of setting up business alliances, partnership, tie ups, distributorship and franchisee.
- Retail Sales Management techniques.
- Sound understanding/knowledge of the Financial Services Sector.
