Through the “Financial Health Check” (FHC) Aviva’s sales force has been able to establish its credibility in the market. The FHC is a free service administered by the FPAs for a need-based analysis of the customer’s long-term savings and insurance needs. Depending on the life stage and earnings of the customer, the FHC assesses and recommends the right insurance product for them.

Asst Sales Manager/Sales Manager
(Kakinada, Kurnool, Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada)

Responsibilities:

  • Building a team of advisors.
  • Manage, Motivate & mentor your team of advisors to generate sales.
  • Increase advisor business productivity through upgradation of knowledge & selling skills.
  • Achieve sales target.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 - 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Must have hard core sales experience
  • Should be a localite or resident of the location for min 2 yrs.
  • Should have good network to recruit team of advisors.
  • May or may not have team leading experience, but should have skills to manage his team of advisors.
  • Graduation if mandatory.
