VOICE PROCESS FRESHERS (Mumbai) Responsibilities:
- Solving queries for international customers.
- Troubleshooting customer queries.
- Openings related to Accounts, finance, insurance, mortgage and HR.
Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art, Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Science in Economics, Commerce, Chemistry or equivalent.
- BE/BTech candidates with 55% and below and with minimum 6 months experience in any Internation call center with all the documents will be considered.
- Undergraduates and diploma holders with minimum 6 months of international call center experience with all the documents can apply.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Should be flexible to work in any shifts.
- Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be a graduate with no backlogs.
- Customer service skills.
- Should be open to working in shifts.
