VOICE PROCESS FRESHERS

Responsibilities:

  • Solving queries for international customers.
  • Troubleshooting customer queries.
  • Openings related to Accounts, finance, insurance, mortgage and HR.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art, Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Science in Economics, Commerce, Chemistry or equivalent.
  • BE/BTech candidates with 55% and below and with minimum 6 months experience in any Internation call center with all the documents will be considered.
  • Undergraduates and diploma holders with minimum 6 months of international call center experience with all the documents can apply.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Should be flexible to work in any shifts.
  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be a graduate with no backlogs.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Should be open to working in shifts.
