JobStreet.com, one of the leading Internet recruitment websites in Asia Pacific, has been confirmed as the top site in Singapore in the Business and Finance - Employment and Training category for 2006, according to Internet intelligence service Hitwise.
This ranking is based on the number of user visits that JobStreet.com has received for its Singapore site, which is measured in the category of Business and Finance - Employment and Training for the whole of the year 2006.
Hitwise monitors how millions of Internet users interact with over 800,000 websites across 160-plus industries, collecting internet traffic information from a range of Singapore Internet service providers (ISPs).
Each year, Hitwise ranks the Top 10 websites according to user visits, across each of the 160-odd categories and certifies the achievement of each site that has qualified with a Hitwise Top 10 award logo. A special recognition is reserved for the top spot – a Hitwise No. 1 website award logo. JobStreet.com will be carrying this prestigious Hitwise logo in recognition of its top ranking - an achievement for the second year running.
